      Pros

      Management really care for their employees. They do lots of safety meetings and reminders. They ask you a lot if you’re doing okay which I appreciate.

      Merlin Plastics provide great care to their employees , safety ,training and future advancements in the company . Management is very supportive to Work-life balanced structure and health benefits package for their employees.

      Cons

      I couldn't find any disadvantage working with Merlin Plastics but Management always try to look for improvement .
