Pros

Pay, equipment, company environment is layed back and supportive, home time. I have to say I've driven for numerous companies over my trucking career, merx global is the only company that has ever put my payscale on paper. My actual pay, bonus, and average miles per week had been added to my orientation paper work from day one.

Cons

Speed limiter on the freight liner tractor sometimes gets confused and its slow calibration of the current speed limit.

I have been working at Merx Global, Inc full-time for almost 2 years. People and safety are very much one of their primary concerns . They care about their employees and treat them with respect. Management team is professional and supportive. Amazing work atmosphere. Lots of opportunities available if you're willing to put yourself out there.

I have been working for Merx Global for almost two years and I must say it has been a great experience. Prior to Merx I had no experience in logistics. With that being said, I was given a chance to share my knowledge while gaining new skills in different accepts of the company. Not only have I gained more knowledge but met great people along the way! Merx is a family oriented company that keeps a high level for professionalism at all times. I highly recommend!
