Incredibly poor management and assistance from HR. You're expected to work over your paid contract hours and answer emails and phones over the weekend. Spent only a couple days being trained in the office and was then sent home to work from home full time without knowing all the systems. Tried to reach out several time for support and assistance but only got blamed for not doing good enough. Terrible toxic environment. Was excluded from conferences and work events from management. HR did not care about the wellbeing of its workers. Constantly ignored and put down. A lot of work place bullying.

If you enjoy extreme micro management and gaslighting then this is the place to be.

Cons

Department is toxic! Thrives on long unnecessary hours due to unskilled managers and gaslighting staff trying to do everything the long and hard way just to look important. Don't be fooled by the fake niceness. This is a cover up of their incompetence which they will blame you for.

One of the most toxic work environments I've ever experienced. Saw colleagues break down in tears from stress. Manager is allowed to bully the team, you're not allowed to make mistakes. You're expected and guilted into working long hours. If you don't, they blame you for the unrealistic workload not getting done. Huge turnover rate in CS team. You are not a person to them. They will allow BDMs to treat you like dirt, and be abusive over the phone. Your mental health will be in the gutter. Zero work life balance. Do not work here.
