A very laxed environment and fun.

Cons

We were promised a company shutdown for a holiday and it was cancelled without any days off. Not even the day after Christmas or New Years.

Pros

Close knit group of people. Very friendly and understanding coworkers. Flexible scheduling.

Cons

Bad management. Everything is unorganized and career structure is unclear. A small company in the process of becoming big means a lot of growing pains. HR is very behind on everything, no annual salary review. Don’t see much career development because there’s no clear departmental structure at all.
