Pros
MDS (also known as Strive) provides services for developmentally disabled persons. Most of the front-line workers care about the clients and do a great job.
Cons
The CEO and top-level management is terrible. They're more concerned with having their clique and hiring their friends than the welfare of the staff or the clients. Staff has had minimal raises over the past five years, while management has taken care of their own. They set people up to fire them so that they don't have to pay unemployment.

Pros
The people that you work with are very kind, compassionate, and helpful. It has been my second favorite place to work and would go back to them if they would let me.
Cons
The politics are very strong and need to be reviewed. The higher ups are more worried about the money that comes in rather than their clientel and their employees.
