1.It is a small company so there is opportunity to stand out and advance. 2.Regional manager is one of the best people to ever work with she will guide you if necessary. 3. The company is well organized especially in unplanned situations.
Cons
1.Co-Workers, most of them are very self driven which can be a problem if you are new to the industry. Some will talk bad behind your back to upper management or spread gossip to other employees.
