      the co-workers (not leadership) are the best part of the company

      no comment, but I had to sign a non-disparagement agreement and I'm posting this several months later for anonymity purposes, so do with that what you will

      Horrible place to work! Toxic misogynistic culture

      Pros

      Some great people who are not on the leadership team. But most of them have left already.

      Cons

      Toxic culture with leaders who are not engaged and do not care about employee retention or doing the right thing. Mass exodus by women and people of color this year. Fundraising is a struggle as well.

      - leadership is accessible to anyone, super flat organization - everyone deeply cares about each other - a lot of fun!

      - sometimes long hours, but that can be self imposed
