Interesting Projects & lots of work. Use clear review to continually receive feedback to feed into appraisal. Very flexible working arrangements. £1500 training allowance per year.
Cons
No Bonus Scheme Outsourced IT - always a problem Salary reviews always seem to be forgotten by the powers that be.
