      Pros

      Generally great people. Office in a convenient location. Private medical insurance.

      Cons

      Really bad leadership. People being promoted due to being there for a long time or they suck up to the right people, not necessarily meeting goals or having talent. Most toxic culture I have ever experienced. Meagre salary. Nepotism. Genuinely woeful - worst place I have ever worked.

      Great Team culture Values everyone can live by Exec team who listen to everyones ideas, no such thing as a bad idea Company get togethers & events Clear internal communications Everyone supports each other

      Cons

      Fast paced - although this is advised at the start & management notice & give recognition to hard workers Can feel overwhelming at times but theres lots of support available
