First, I want to say that I genuinely loved working for this company. However, over the last few years of my employment, we were given a false sense of job security. Lay offs are beginning to increase besides us previously being told that they would all be "done in one go" to not worry everyone else. I was one, along with several others, that were laid off without warning. The day before, the entire team was discussing new projects. The next day, we were gone. My accounts were all suspended within minutes of receiving the news. I understand that layoffs have to happen, but the way that this was handled was frankly, cold and heartless to those who were loyal and hardworking at this company. The company that I knew when I first joined felt warm and inviting, which was the opposite of what I felt toward the end.

Work life balance is degrading. Projects are never scoped and prioritized properly. Too much crunch time. Understaffed in many departments.
