One of the co founder Kesav Sir is excellent person That I have seen in my life.He understand and listen your problem and find the best solution. Other co-founder behaves like you are labor and start shouting.Its degrade IIT delhi values as well as CFO values.I have never in my life any IITians behave like this,who listen only Manager and team lead , and ping you, could you please come to first floor? and start shouting.
Cons
Some of team lead take your code and put in proper format and clean the code and go to Manager and told I have completed this task.The person who developed the code from scratch, complain that his coding is very weak,he do n't know any thing,the worst part is that Manager listen only Team lead,what team lead are saying.If you told truth the Manger, then he responded, you are arguing to me and next year you will not get hike.He listen only team lead. Most of team lead and Manager come to office at 11.00, 11.30. 12.00, 12.30 p.m ,1.00 pm..1.30 p.m and 2.00 p.m and take tea and waste time.start doing politics, and then take a team meeting and then take a lunch (1-2 hours watse ) and talking to phone and 4 p.m again tea and politics and start leaving home at 5 p.m.what ever work he can assign to developer and next day he asked what is the status? He come to office and do attendance and go to friends party, marriage and relatives.Few Manager are very good also. Why not Manager and Team lead attend Interview other company then he understand our knowledge and capabilities.? He stayed in metacube last 5 to 10 years and doing nothing , assigned task to developer and doing Politics and saying I am brand of metacube.Some of Manager he do n't know any technology but communication is good and show customer to know everything.
