      - Very helpful team members who have a lot of industry experience to learn from

      Cons

      - They have a learn on the go approach which means there isn't a real basic standardized training material. You will learn as you encounter different situations.

      Metaformers team is top notch! Best part of the company is working with highly motivated and hard working coworkers who are the best at what they do.

      Like all consulting, it can be hard to take PTO during a project.

The annual team conference with family members epitomises the true nature of the culture.
