      Leadership had zero experience of working in a technology start-up.

      Pros

      Amazing Development team. Truly enjoyed my experience working for the best team ever.

      Cons

      Leadership lacked vision. Not one person from a leadership role ever worked in a technology company. They lacked understanding of sprints and dev planning. The primary experience they were drawing from was an Ad Agency world... They have little understanding of writing requirements for engineering.

      Pros

      Friendly and fairly calm start up experience Moderately good/great employee interactions, focused on the company goals Fairly good management transparency Friday company lunches at the office I liked working here and I think most everyone did.

      Traditional start up challenges Employees required to bring their own workstations Lack of rapid customer adoption and commitment Challenged product direction and execution (improved in 2016)
