Pros
Pay is above average for the industry as I have friends who work at similar type companies in New England. I get a yearly salary increase, a nice bonus every Christmas, nice 401 plan and 3 weeks paid vacation a year. Company is constantly updating equipment and the plant. They air conditioned the factory last year, to make it nicer for us. I have over a dozen co-workers who have been here over 25 years. Company tries to promote from within before hiring new employees.
Cons
We all work hard everyday, but sometimes the management wants miracles performed. I know this is to please our customers but we are asked to rush jobs through in days that would normally take weeks to complete. This is happening more and more as time goes on.
