Decent benefits and profit sharing.

Cons

Managers and Supervisors extremely lazy and useless. Lots of meetings and nothing gets accomplished. Alot of wasted time standing around talking or finding someplace to hide out and sleep. It seems the only way to get some where in this company is to be completely useless. I swear someone is intentionally hiring morons to run this place in the ground.

Benefits package and Job diversity.

Cons

Management's primary concern is their own personnel management bonuses. All else falls to the wayside. Everything they do is based on individual managers earning bonuses. Customers, employees, on time delivery, cost savings all go out the window when a metric to earn a bonus is at stake.
