      Very poor experience

      They provided lunch on thursdays.

      Cons

      Poor leadership from the CEO which caused poor leadership from leadership team. No movement on required technical changes for security to match NIST or to be in compliance for cyber insurance. No interest in change. Required to work 9-10 hours a day even though they say 8 hour days in the interview.

      This is one of the worst companies to work for, you are over worked every week. Easily working 50-60 hours a week. The company only cares about money and doesn’t respect that you have a family and life outside of work.

      Pros

      Boss works along side and is involved with daily work. Lots of overtime if you don't like spending time with your family. or seeing them ever.

      Cons

      There is no trust and you cannot take initiative to get work done. there is no type of real leadership . Vice President is a control freak and very judgmental, always compare's you to former employees whom don't work there anymore. Every person has there strengths and weaknesses. He needs to understand that everyone is different. I would never work there again. Awful place to work. They Put to much on people and wonder why nothing gets done or why every shipment is late. Everything is a rush and last minute.
