No communication between departments, salaried employees expected to work extreme amounts of overtime w/o pay or even acknowledgment, unsafe working conditions, low pay w/o raises, health insurance is extremely expensive with very high deductibles and minimal contributions from the employer, company that administers health plan is completely incompetent, nepotism is king is this company-you must have the right last name to succeed here
