Pros

Great benefits program. Safety is truly number one priority

Cons

Management currently doesn't agree with giving raises. Didn't have a performance evaluation in over 4 years. Management in Torrington facility spent too much time promoting one person. Largest customer represents a year over end dying industry. The bubble will pop on these successes. General Managers overworked and not future thinking. All of this leaves your career to rot. You can find better. Don't waste your time.

Pros

There is not many positive things I can say. The option of having flex hours is good I guess.

Cons

Corporate Accounting is a sweat shop. All work "NO PAY". No annual reviews are done so there are no annual raises. Insurance sucks. 2 days sick time a year which sucks for parents with small children. Employees are not appreciated. No bonuses or other incentives.
