We value and consider all comments and we're always looking for ways to improve, but I wanted to address a couple of your specific points.
You comment positively on the good exposure to large clients. That's indeed something of which we're proud. We’d also add that typically our engagements are at senior level e.g. CFO. This can add complexity to our projects because our clients’ challenges can be complex. Our people generally relish these challenges, and the valuable experience they personally gain bringing a blend of technology innovation, financial understanding and consulting skills to bear on addressing them.
With regards to internal processes, admittedly some larger companies do have more-structured ways of operating. We do though have experienced hires from the Big 4 advisory companies who are extremely happy to be able now to be more innovative – both in processes and technology – without a large weight of bureaucracy slowing them down. I would highlight, for example, our performance management process for its transparency and clarity on expectations for career progression.
Alongside providing interesting and challenging work, we strive to ensure our people are happy and feel valued. We run numerous social initiatives including monthly all company meetings, team-building events and volunteering days.
