Pros

Work from home privileges only

Cons

No pay raise in 3 years, no bonuses, no incentives, and a ton of micro management. No training processes, sink or swim type place. Continuing changes over and over and can’t seem to get any process streamlined. No one really seems to know the direction they’re going at MeTEOR

Pros

Some dedicated folks with a passion for the work with educational experience.

Cons

Incompetent senior-level leadership focused on making money more than an impact in education. A lack of leadership and a toxic work environment from the top down. They do not believe in equity, diversity, or inclusion, and the worse career move I have ever made.

Pros

- working from home, flexibility - some people are cool to work with - health benefits are okay

Cons

- low pay - very few incentives - wage is based on Florida wages not the area you live in - constant policy and process changes that don’t make sense, no rhyme or reason - management is mainly men and is mainly older people who are not very progressive - predominantly white employees - a lot of turnover, hard to keep good people as they don’t value their hard working employees but instead try and squeeze every last bit of juice out of them - preach work life balance when in reality there really isn’t much the management team does to enforce this - forced to be in too many meetings and calls that are unnecessary and don’t get much accomplished - sales people do not share any of their commission with their team... even though the entire team works to keep their $ up throughout the project
