1. its a job 2. small company, so potential to "wear many hats" when required 3. no need to speak English since Mandarin is the official language
Cons
Too many but some are: 1. counter-productive centralized management of the entire operation 2. ancient hardware/software 3. poor/non-existent English language skills 4. embarrassing/ run down physical work environment 5. meetings that start at 5pm and run on forever 6. evening/weekend calls to discuss business 7. shares the same name with too many other businesses 8. low/no social media presence 9.crummy website 10. ...
