It's great until they tell you to go home because of Covid and then fire you later claiming you went over points

poor management, minimum wage for over 1 year because when minimum wage increased they kept us at where we were at, forced overtime

The people that work here are fun and inspired, at least those that have stuck around. Company continually pushes towards more sustainability at every level.

Cons

SCJ continues to push their outdated thinking on method employees, ruining a once great company. As they continue to try and force us back into office, the people who make the company what it is are leaving in droves. This place that once felt as though everyone could make a difference now feels like a constant losing fight. Many roles are slow to be filled and teams are feeling the strain.

Rapidly growing company, so it can be stressful/hectic. Low on organization and structure. Very reactive company.
