The benefits were ok. Got to park in a ramp, was very nice in the winter. Most of the people I worked with were great!

Cons

There is bullying that goes on there, and nothing will be done about it. It is not believed. The people who are favorites, get what ever they want-they cannot do anything wrong

Starting pay for new nurses is low. Patient to nurse ratio could be better. Short staffed. Cost-effective healthcare meaning what is the bare minimum they can work with.

I was treated with the utmost respect. They have wonderful career advancement opportunities, great benefits, try to accompany all of your needs, and they are very professional.
