Pros

Not much. Meticulosity has a brutal work environment.

Cons

Employees are threatened with being sued for leaving honest Glassdoor reviews. Employees are threatened with being sued if they say anything negative about the company or the CEO at any time. Employees are wrongfully dismissed, without notice or pay for the hours that they worked and then threatened that they'll be sued if they complain about not getting paid for their last month. This is a hostile work environment.

Pros

Exposure to HubSpot & Systems Tools: Opportunity to work hands-on with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Fellow, and others.

Cons

This was one of the most disheartening professional experiences I’ve ever had. I turned down two other offers because the CEO seemed invested in my growth only to be let go within a month, without warning, feedback, or a chance to improve. I was hired for my ClickUp expertise, yet dismissed for how I applied it with no collaboration or input. Expectations constantly shifted: one week I was building templates, the next writing AI curriculum, onboarding clients, or learning entirely new systems. Despite positive signals (a 7/10 mock call rating, being cleared to onboard real clients), I was let go the very next day. The onboarding lacked structure, transparency, or consistent feedback it felt more like a silent countdown than a fair probation. If you’re considering a client-facing or operations role here, ask specific questions about expectations, feedback timelines, and internal tool ownership. For me, this was a demoralizing and avoidable experience.
