Cons
So many unqualified staff, some are getting promoted without any staff management skills resulting in terrible work place such as staff being told not to take breaks! Staff being directed not to talk to people at an event and being told verbatim what to say to upper management. This is archaic and micromanaged all because underqualified people are being promoted because of who they know when they are way above their sill level. A very toxic environment with no accountability from upper management who are given free reign with no one to answer to. Staff can't say anything for fear of losing their jobs even if someone would listen to them. Morale is lower every day and people are being let go for no reason if they speak up. Questionable work values being led by staff with no moral compass in place creates an unethical environment.
