Managements toxic. We were told to make a fellow team mates life "hell on earth" to make them quit. The humidex reaches 40-46 celsius and the main concern is production. We get 2 extra heat breaks. Meanwhile its so hot you wake up feeling hungover every morning. Some days you work 8 hour shifts. Some days 10s and some days 12s. It can be changed last minute. And if you cant accomodate it, it is held against you. You can give your all every day just to be told its not enough and that your not a good fit. Meanwhile theres others that slack off most of the shift and get praise.

Lot of hours. Hot during summer.
