High expectations, meaningful responsibility, and strong opportunities to learn and grow. Initiative is valued, and people who take ownership are trusted with increasingly important work. I have had the opportunity to expand across project operations, safety, compliance, and project management.
Cons
The pace is fast and the expectations are high. Leadership is direct and highly involved, so the environment may not be the right fit for someone who prefers a slower pace or a more hands-off management style.
