      Pros

      Camaraderie amongst the rank and file of the company is good. Most of the people are genuinely nice. It is a digital agency so expect chaos. Decent work vibe. You learn the ins and outs of Google.

      Cons

      Agree with others that it IS a fraternity at the executive level. There is a level of self absorption at the executive level that prevents growth. There is a misconception that if you talk over someone in a meeting that it's correct.

      Great Place to Learn Digital Marketing

      Pros

      This is my first job after college, so I really appreciated the training apprenticeship program and the opportunity to get a lot of responsibility after a few months. Friendly office culture and flexible hours- I usually work 10-6:30 or so. Cool DTC clients like Soulcycle, Lola, and Mizzen and Main, and always getting new accounts. Leadership is accessible and has your back when clients complain. Associates get promoted after ~7 months

      Cons

      Seasonal workload, so you have to work late in advance of QBRs or during audits.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment. Perks are OK. Office vibe is cool. Some people were fun and I enjoyed hanging out with them socially after work hours. I got to learn about the media space.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Leadership is weak. They don't listen to their managers. They manage and lead by fear. Management is a fraternity. Leadership is weak.
