- Engineering leader is a QA and understands nothing about actual development work..? should have done more to hang on to the old one - senior engineer leader is a bully who constantly gaslights the engineering team - Product leadership was none existant and would constantly be reminded that their roles didn't matter and would be cut if they didn't fall into line
