Toxic Culture, Untrained Management, and Smoke & Mirrors Leadership
Pros
Commission scheme looks revolutionary but good luck seeing the fruits of your labour
Cons
I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to after my experience with this recruitment company. The reality behind the glossy external image is very different. Internally, the culture is built on fear and micromanagement, led by untrained managers who rely on intimidation rather than leadership. It’s a revolving door of staff, and it’s not hard to see why - promises made during onboarding are consistently broken, and any attempt to raise concerns is met with either silence or subtle retaliation. What’s especially telling is the pattern of reviews: any honest, negative feedback is quickly drowned out by a sudden rush of glowing, overly enthusiastic “positive” reviews. It’s hard to believe that’s just a coincidence - especially when those reviews read like they were written under pressure. The real driving force behind the business seems to be private equity influence, where short-term profit is prioritized above all else - including people. Employee well-being, development, and long-term strategy take a backseat to quick wins and high turnover. The CEO presents well in public - on podcasts, interviews, and social media - but the reality inside the company is the complete opposite. The values he speaks about are not reflected in the way the business is actually run. It's all a performance for the outside world. If you're considering working here, ask yourself if you're okay with empty promises, toxic leadership, and a culture that thrives on fear. This place is not what it claims to be.
