- Every decision made in the last year has negatively impacted employees.
- General low morale in the office.
- No remote work.
- Company made people 'redundant' without really caring about repercussions, forcing those left to try and fill the gap.
- Development infrastructure is archaic and Devs and QA spend most of their time doing manual tasks that could be automated.
- Product quality has always been low but management doesn't care to fix it which makes the role of QA a frustrating one.
- Unrealistic deadlines given to every project.
- No training given in telecoms so employees work on products they often don't fully understand.
- Company doesn't seem to have a clear vision, at least not one the employees understand or support.
- High expectations without the time, people or resource needed to achieve.
- Managers don't really exist anymore and employees are completely unprotected from upper management.
