Business outlook
Pros
Care for their employees. All you have to do is work hard. They don't just pull from you, but appreciate the work that their employees accomplish. They don't hire poor performers and don't suffer fools, but they will invest in their personnel. I currently work for an incredible Program Manager.
Cons
Currently, they are working very diligently at ensuring all accounting is perfect. To the average guy this can be daunting when filing expense reports, etc. But we all are able to get through it.
