      Company is falling apart

      Pros

      Nice office, near coors field. Besides that it is smoke and mirrors at this point.

      Cons

      Weak leads, no compensation for required work i.e. everyday meetings, driving canvassers into the field to set leads that you don't get, bounced checks or delayed pay, not very good roofing work for clients. Everyone who works there is broke.

      Our office has moved and Metro Construction is here to stay in the Denver-metro area for good.

      Pros

      None, leaving was the only pro I can think of about this company. Other roofing companies likely provide a better opportunity than this company for salespeople looking for work.

      Cons

      Management either won't pay or are often late paying subcontractors & salespeople for commissions due for work performed or they will justify not paying earned commissions because the company is not profitable. Very high turnover in every department.

      Pros

      Make your own schedule, set your own appointments, you can also get company leads. Great commissions. Good workplace atmosphere.

      Cons

      It can be a little disorganized but ultimately you are in charge so it's on you.
