Pros

It stays busy on the weekends, and most weekdays during breakfast and lunch so there is a lot of opportunity to make money.

Cons

They are absolutely the worst management team that I have ever experienced. The rules only apply to a few people, literally like 2 of us out of 20. Expectations are high for us, and no accountability is given to everyone else. Have one slip up and they will remove you from the schedule without notice or discussion but do not hand out the same punishment to anyone else even if they’ve committed a similar or worse offense. I’m willing to say they are racist against white employees and make no effort to include or allow them to make money when the opportunity is available. They are not appreciative of any actions are taken in a positive direction, even if not asked. They also take no accountability for their own actions in creating a toxic work environment. I’ve been told I have a “me problem.” Which is absolutely absurd. The people above them are pretty great, however, live out of state and never seem to see the issues at hand. I do not foresee this restaurant lasting much longer. They also look the other way at the employees, managers included, that are drinking them dry from the alcohol shelf.

Pros

Closes earlier than many restaurants, which is nice for work-life balance Pay can be decent when you actually get scheduled

Cons

Very inconsistent scheduling — hours are hard to come by Employees are pressured to ask customers for Google reviews, so many of the positive reviews are not organic Management is disrespectful and does not value staff Constantly made to feel easily replaceable rather than appreciated Serious cleanliness issues, including roaches throughout the restaurant Mold present in the workplace
