Pros

There really is not any pros.

Cons

Dane Sterns the owner does not like to pay people on time or even at all sometimes. He is a guy who likes to talk a big game but his business bank account must be negative because I have had certified payroll checks of his bounce. Dane Sterns still owes me $1000 and he is no where to be found.

We apologize for your negative experience with us. Dane Sterns is our President, therefore our HR department takes care of all payroll inquiries. We are an equal and fair employer therefore employees are protected by federal labor laws, where regardless of the circumstances within a company, employees do get paid. The way cashiers checks are cut, is only when funds are available. You may have experienced an issue if the check was post it's effective period. This seems to be a personal matter of feelings towards our owner and wish it could have been resolved more professionally. Once again, we do apologize for your negative experience and if you have any further questions/concerns please visit our website and email our HR department. Thank you.

Pros

Room for advancement within the company.

Cons

When I was employed there, they told me I was gonna make $500 weekly guaranteed. The catch is you have to get 4 sales in order to get $500 weekly. I specifically asked the manager over and over again was this true, he replied yes. If you don't make sales, you will be making $10 an hour. They tell you you're going to be trained within 4-8 weeks. The manager expects you get everything together by day 4. If not YOU WILL BE FIRED by your second week. This company is just like any other marketing firm, it's all about sales! I told them in the beginning I wasn't a sales person they said that's okay we don't like sales people. They want you to eat sleep and breathe this job. He told me this is not a sales position, but that's what it's all about. Please don't believe the hype. People were dropping like flies, this company cannot hold new people for more than 2 weeks. I'll be nice and give it a month. If you are not a sales person, I advise you not to apply to this company! If you don't want to sell cable your whole life DONT APPLY. I cannot stress this enough. This is by far one of the worst companies I've worked for. I hope corporate sees this and makes some adjustments.

Pros

Exponential growth potential with standards based on merit, not favoritism and experience with the company. We work about 45 hours a week so I actually have time to spend with family and friends outside of work. Pay and pay potential is very enticing. Here, you’ll actually get paid for the hardwork you put in each and every day.

Cons

There is a lot of classroom training upfront, however, that is there so that everyone we employ is ready and prepared with all the information needed to succeed at their job.
