Great coworkers but poor leadership and benefits

There are some great people that work here.

Cons

There are close to no benefits. Senior leadership is repulsive. Lots of risky and impulsive leadership to gain new contracts, while doing the bare minimum to maintain current clients. The rebrand was a crappy attempt to cover up years of bad business.

pay is better than other security companies, great co-workers for the most part, supervisor was great as well

Cons

they had higher standards than other security companies until later 2024 they just started hiring anybody, being unarmed security in Chicago can be dangerous, i was beat up on the job and they didn't cover my medical expenses
