Cons

A lot of nepotism, classism and other ignorance among administrators. The staff tried their best to do the best for the patients with what little resources they had.

Poor company culture, favoritism among upper management, poor to little wage growth (1% to 3% increase if increases are to be given at all), little regard for employee welfare and number of shifts, disproportionate candidate development and no upward mobility at all, no work-life balance
