      The organization is mission driven and focuses on operations. People want to do their job well. Metro works to make this a place people want to work. The knowledge and talent of people working here is high. There is also room for growth and new employees are given opportunities to learn. Innovation is encouraged. Lots of employee events.

      Interdepartmental communication could be improved. This organization is large and it can be difficult to communicate with groups quickly.
