Pros

decent insurance costs, wellness program

Cons

Management is by fart he worst I've ever seen at this company. Privately owned and most upper management is who the owners like aka who sucks up or who was friends with who growing up. I have never seen management seem too good to make their own copies or fax something besides here. No room for growth, lack of direction, Christmas bonus is a joke. Was told it was based on a formula from 401K but it isn't as I have continually increased my 401K but yet my bonus has always been the same over the years.

Pros

Great company benefits. Also since this is a small company the people who work for this company are extremely nice and there is very low turnover. Job duties are constantly changing, which can be a good thing, because you are always given a chance to learn new things. The company focuses a lot on health and wellness. There is always healthy snacks in the office.

Cons

Since this is a small company, you work extremely long hours. Also management tends to not listen to what is going on with employees and work environment and moral is very low.. The company is very executive heavy and they run the show. What they say goes, even if it doesn't make business sense. Because of this it wastes a lot of time, production and money.
