      Pros

      Weekly pay, overtime at enhanced rate normally easy to get, most of the other drivers.

      Cons

      Passengers can be rude and abusive, standards of busses are just to "keep them on the road", recent attitude of "if you don't like it then leave"

      Pros

      Management are accommodating for any health issues or anything that affects your driving, and the pay is good, with additional benefits from joining a union.

      Cons

      Unfortunately many of the facilities and vehicles are in poor condition and are frequently complained about internally, there is also a heavy workload and very little social hours for yourself.
