Pros
Metronome allowed its employees to jump around and wear many hats. This was mostly due in part of being a start-up company, but never-the-less allowed for a wide array learning on most any relevant material.
Cons
Management was absolutely horrible. During the time I was working there, the software manager expected the impossible. This was due in part to his lack of software or engineer background. The pay was very modest, and the bonuses were non-existent. This job was nothing more than a resume builder, don't expect to have this job until you plan to retire.

They cared about me, it seemed. They certainly worked hard to get me jobs, and that's really why I like them.
Cons
Nothing much. I wasn't available Saturdays, which is when they held all their company picnics. It's a minor complaint, but it's all I have
