The Executice team smiles and mouths that they care and are working hard to make the company better, lip service is as far as it goes. It’s all about 3 or 4 individuals and their personal and professional wants. Ownership will use the entire team to meet their desires while customers do without heat or other basic necessities. They lost a class action suit in Delaware over fraudulent practices, can Pa be far behind?

If you like management to tell and curse and bully you (even into illegal) into doing work this is the place. If you like your pay to be altered and lied to about it,this is your place to work. I've never seen such over worked and overwhelmed employees until I came here. Treating tenants terrible or lying or yelling and cursing them out..no to mention the racism and very unprofessional behavior,not sure about the owner..just all other levels of employees. Do your homework before taking the job.
