Pros

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Very understanding of first-time mistakes. It is easy to get time off as long as you have sufficient foreknowledge. Even if something comes up last minute, there is a good chance you can get a fellow employee to cover your shift.

Cons

Few hours due to the number of employees and the reluctance of the company to provide full-time benefits. The higher-ups that decide things like price, work duties, and procedures seem to have lost touch with day-to-day operations. Their memos come across as pointless or even contradictory at times.
