Pros

Layoffs do not happen. People work their entire lives at this company.

Cons

Breathe out your ears is the management mentality for implementing standard industry policies. Rather than follow best practices and follow advice by subject matter experts, managers claim how this company is an exception and then leverage tools in whatever way that they see fit.

Pros

Hours and Pay are ok.

Cons

Company promotes pay for performance, don't believe it, it does not exist. The HR Department is incompetent, and management is out of touch with employees. It feels like this company is stuck in the 1950's.
