Great co-workers, and the patients we support. Office staff is the best I've ever worked with in the veterinary field, they make our jobs extremely easy. Doctors are wonderful too, God bless them, and the work they put in for our patients and their family's.
Cons
Management is passionless, especially in HR. Simple questions sent to them via email, take over a week sometimes to get answered, and I get very vague answers. Referred someone to an open position here, and it took them forever to be contacted. Same with the other leaders, they just have this blank look to them in meetings, and when they talk to employees.
