      Backstabbing culture

      Pros

      Learn alot on the work.

      Cons

      Too hierarchical and much older experienced colleagues love to backstab to pull young people down. Gossip is a norm around the finance department and may potentially destroy your reputation. Trivial matters are always brought up and management is not so flexible about it.

      Great work-life balance but low demand of job means limited future prospects

      - C-suites follow Christian way of management in giving grace, respect and love to staff - Great work-life balance - Little to no politics - Company operates more like a family, placing love and respect for one another ahead of performance

      Cons

      - Upper management tends to hire old people from other industries as HODs but these people are often out of trend with best practices in the industry - When bosses don't do their part, it means extra work for subordinates to fill the gap and there is no channel for staff to feedback. Their whistleblowing policy is not valid - Little chance for advancement, but great place if you are looking to retire
