      Excellent workplace with amazing people-centred culture

      Pros

      Fantastic employer with a genuine people-centred work culture. Very supportive of staff with a range of excellent benefits and flexible work practices. Treat staff with respect and give employees a lot of autonomy in how work is delivered. Senior leadership adopt the same people-centred strategy to support delivering excellent client service.

      There are none. This a genuinely great place to work.

      Pros

      Good working atmosphere, partners are generally helpful and approachable, training is excellent, pay and benefits are generally good

      Cons

      A high emphasis has been put on hours more in the last year which can be a bit discouraging when there isn’t enough work to do and when your pay out rate suddenly jumps meaning you have to suddenly become much more efficient
