Helping students grow closer to God Student rapport and relationships Fun trips and events in Japan/internationally with students completely in English Fast-paced and fun environment Beautiful campuses Training provided & helpful information from veteran team members

Cons

Event days and trips can be challenging since they are outside of the norm from a traditional classroom environment; however, there are detailed notes before each event that help answer any questions you might have. They are also a great opportunity to build rapport and relationships with students.

Pros

I loved working with my coworkers and felt genuinely cared for by the principle and vice principle. The children are wonderful and so are the parents. MeySen provides a very interesting curriculum with lots of fun events and activities for the kids to partake in. Also, the foreign staff support is incredible. As someone who has lived and worked in Japan for over six years, I can say with confidence that you will not find better support. If you genuinely enjoy teaching, this is a great school to work for.

Cons

When I first arrived there were some sketchy things going on regarding pension. However, it was addressed and fixed.
