      good company benefits but hard to be an outsider

      Pros

      Great benefits and the cookware is well made. They have a great wellness program which involves going on the company walks and collecting credits for time off.

      Cons

      They have a number of employees that have been their since high school so it is cliquish. Also the processes are homegrown and are not industry best practices. if you stay for any length of time it will be hard to transfer your skills to another company.

      Pros

      Reasonable expectations and work/life balance. They take care of employees and allow them to continue to keep their skills fresh and contribute in multiple areas.

      Cons

      Not very progressive. They have a model that made money before, but is not very profitable in today's world and aren't changing with the times.
