Cons

Horrible Management. Says you have days off then lies and say you are on call. You don’t haven’t anything scheduled. Not even doctors appointments. They are unethical

Pros

Nice neat and organized workplace. People on the shop floor are awesome and great to work with. They do offer some on the job training if your new to a job classification. There are company sponsored outings and events a couple times a year. Benefits are great. Nice vacation time potential. Up to 7 or 8 weeks

Cons

Heavy micromanaging. If your not part of the clique you will be ostracized. Doesnt matter if your an excellent and a hard worker, the buddy system keeps outsiders from moving up in the company. Managers all get bonuses and overtime just to sit at a computer and do nothing. Expensive healthcare plans that don't really cover much
